Crafting with ADD can be a whirlwind of starts, pauses, and delightful diversions. These anecdote, story and riddle are a nod to that unique experience – where every project, finished or not, is a part of a beautiful creative tapestry.


Anecdote:

The Great Glitter Incident Last week, I decided to add some glitter to a scrapbook project. Somehow, that glitter ended up everywhere – on the cat, in my coffee, even in my hair! Now, everything in my house sparkles, including me. I guess every craft session leaves a little sparkle behind – sometimes quite literally!



Riddle:

A Crafty Puzzle I'm often started with excitement and glee,
Halfway through, I'm left, can't you see?
A new idea comes, and off I go,
What am I? Every ADD crafter's well-known woe!

Story:

The Tale of the Wanderlust Knitter In a small, sunny town, there lived a knitter named Charlie, known for starting more scarves than finishing. Charlie's knitting bag was filled with yarns of all colors, each telling a tale of a project begun with enthusiasm.

One day, Charlie decided to knit a scarf for their best friend. They chose the softest blue yarn and started knitting with a purpose. But soon, their eyes caught a bright red yarn, perfect for a winter hat. The blue scarf was paused, and the red hat began.

As the seasons changed, so did the projects in Charlie's knitting bag. Yet, the blue scarf remained, half-done but never forgotten.

Then, on a cozy winter evening, Charlie's friend mentioned missing the scarf. With a smile, Charlie picked up the blue yarn again. Stitch by stitch, the scarf grew, woven with memories of all the crafts that had come and gone in between.

Finally, the scarf was complete – a patchwork of persistence and joy. It was more than just a scarf; it was a journey through a crafter's heart, filled with wanderlust and warmth.



With every stitch, brushstroke, or sculpted form, you're not just creating art; you're crafting a world where focus, imagination, and resilience shine brightly. Keep crafting on, and let your creativity soar!
